The Channel Sales Manager role is responsible for sales revenue and customer satisfaction with TAIT Solution Partners
Scope of the Role Tait has a special group of reseller customers called Tait Solution Partners (TSPs), who resell our products into Public Safety, Utilities, Transport, Mining Oil and Gas and other markets across Australia. TSPs are chosen for their relevance to our target markets, for the professional way they go about business and for the quality of relationship we enjoy with them.
The Channel Sales Manager role is responsible for sales revenue and customer satisfaction with TSPs. The role engages closely with TSPs, understanding their goals, being active in supporting their sales opportunities, and also organises other Tait resources to build stronger and more valuable business relationships between Tait and the TSP. The appointment of a distributor to resell Tait products, narrows the sales focus of Tait salespeople, to include a Channel Management function.
The Channel Sales Manager role creates the Channel Plan, contributes to the individual TSP Account Plans, and executes the plan in conjunction with the Sales Director APAC. This is a selling role, with a sales target shared with the other Australian Channel sales team
